Board-certified FNP · Video visits from home · Time to actually be heard
If you've been told “it's just stress,” “you're too young for peri-menopause,” or “that's what happens with age,” you're in the right place.
Four simple steps, with the same provider every time.
30 minutes by video to talk through your symptoms, history, and goals. We'll order the labs that fit your concerns.
Visit a lab near you for a comprehensive panel. Bill it to insurance or choose our affordable cash rate.
We go through every result together and build your plan. The goal is optimized, not just “normal.”
Follow-up visits, adjustments as your body changes, and secure messaging with your provider between visits, with replies typically within a few hours.
Perimenopause and menopause care: estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone when appropriate, plus a full look at thyroid, micro-nutrients, and metabolic health.
Low energy, libido, and motivation evaluated properly, with testosterone therapy when indicated and careful monitoring.

Read our honest take on peptides →No hidden fees, no surprises. Two $79 visits get you started: your initial consult and your results and treatment plan. You'll know exactly what your recommended plan costs before beginning care.

You'll find cheaper vials online. What you won't find with them is someone adjusting your dose when you plateau, helping when side effects hit, or giving you specific nutrition and lifestyle goals so the results last. We're treating a person, not filling a prescription.
Labs: use your insurance, or choose our affordable cash lab pricing, great if you have a high deductible. Commercial prescriptions are paid at your pharmacy, often through insurance.
Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for individual patients when clinically appropriate. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.
I'm a board-certified family nurse practitioner, and my path into medicine began with my grandmother. She was in her 80s when she was diagnosed with colon cancer, and the care she received lacked dignity. That has shaped how I practice ever since.
I began in emergency medicine, where I developed the clinical judgment that still anchors my practice. But emergency care happens in a single moment — you stabilize someone and rarely learn what became of them. I wanted continuity, and I wanted real influence over my patients' outcomes. That is what led me to become a nurse practitioner.
During my clinical training, the gap became impossible to ignore. Appointments were short, plans were generic, and the system was built to treat disease rather than to help people live well. Wake Up Well is the practice I wanted those patients to have.
Today I care for women and men across Colorado, Nebraska, and Arizona, with a focus on hormone health, metabolic health, and root-cause evaluation.
If you have been told your labs are normal while you continue to feel unwell, you are not imagining it. My work is to listen carefully, find what is actually driving your symptoms, and build a plan around your life.
Outside of work, you'll find me trying a new recipe, exploring my home state of Colorado, or spending time with my husband and son.

Getting started is the same for everyone: $79 for your initial consult and $79 for your lab results and treatment plan visit. What comes after depends on what you actually need — hormone care starts at $95/month, and weight loss medication is priced per vial with no membership fee. You'll know your own numbers at your results visit, before you commit to anything.
Visits and memberships are cash-pay, which keeps them simple and affordable. Labs and commercial prescriptions can usually go through your insurance.
Secure video visits from home. You'll need to be in Colorado, Nebraska, or Arizona at the time of your visit.
Yes, and it's one of the most common reasons people find me. Providers close their programs, stop prescribing, or move away. We'll go over your history, your current dose, and your labs, and continue your care without starting from scratch.
Pick the consult that matches your main concern — hormones, weight, or a full lab workup. If you're not sure, send a question below and we'll point you in the right direction.
You'll get an email with a link to the patient portal and your intake paperwork. Filling that out beforehand means we can spend your appointment talking instead of collecting history. The link for your video visit comes by email too, so there's nothing to download or set up.
Yes. Fatigue, mood changes, hair loss, and thyroid shifts are common after having a baby, and often brushed off as just part of it. A full workup shows what's actually going on.
Perimenopause can start in your late 30s or 40s, often years before periods stop. Your symptoms count, even when labs look “normal.”
Yes, when it's right for you. Low libido, fatigue, and losing muscle or motivation can all be connected to testosterone, and it's routinely overlooked in women's care. We'll look at your levels alongside the rest of your hormone panel and decide together.
Yes. Have them handy for your visit and we'll go through them together, or upload them to the Documents section of your patient portal ahead of time. Two things to know: your body chemistry shifts, so results older than three to six months may not reflect where you are now, and most standard panels don't cover everything we look at. In either case we'll recommend a comprehensive panel so we're working from a full, current picture rather than a partial one.
A comprehensive panel covering hormones, thyroid (including antibodies), vitamin D, B12, iron, metabolic markers, and more, so we see the whole picture.
No. Some patients start with supplements and lifestyle changes. We decide together.
